What is the use by date of Friska meals?
All Friska at Home dishes should be kept in the fridge and eaten within 3 days. The meals aren't suitable for freezing.
When will I receive my order?
Our delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you order before 11am the previous working day we will do our very best to get it to you on the following delivery day. Delivery times will vary and we are not able to commit to a specific time but delivery will be from around 10am onwards on that day.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we've set the minimum order at £20.

How do I cook my meal?
All Friska at Home meals come with heating instructions in the box. You can also find them here.
Are the meals suitable for freezing?
Friska at Home meals are not suitable for home freezing.
Where do I find allergen information?
The allergens for each product are list in the product description on the Friska at Home website. If you have any questions, please contact us.
How much does shipping cost?
There is a flat delivery charge on all orders of £2
Where do you deliver?
Friska at Home is currently only available in Bristol and we are delivering to postcodes BS1 to BS9, and Long Ashton. If you're just outside these areas, please email us and we'll see what we can do.
Can I change the day my food is delivered?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled up to 11am on the day before the delivery day.
Who will be delivering my meals?
We will be delivering all orders ourselves.
Are any of your meals vegan?
Yes - All vegan dishes will be marked with a Vegan Sticker and denoted with Vv
